What do you say we play a little game?
Let’s pretend that we are all “God Incarnate”. You know, God Himself, it doesn’t matter if you believe in him because this is just an exercise of the mind. I want you to pretend that you are him with all the omnipotence of perfection. Now stop for a second and think about the implications of that word omnipotence in connection with perfection. You are king of the hill, world champ, oops there is no world yet, in fact there is no hill either there is just you. Hmmm, interesting but not very much fun, I mean, what is the point of being omnipotent if there is no way to demonstrate it, nothing in fact to climb or conquer and nobody to care if you do. But, you can do anything you want, make anything you want and there is nobody or anything that can stop you and you know without a doubt you are always right because there is nobody else around, as far as you know, to dispute with .
So, what are you going to do? Hmmmm, Let me see. First let’s find out if I am alone.

The Age Old Question
T
here are at least three “Age Old Questions” that I have heard bantered around. The first is “What is the purpose of Life?” The second, much the same “What is the meaning of Life?” and the third and in my mind more to the point “Is there a God?”

R
ight off the bat I would venture to say that the answer to the first question is, ”To die”. I mean; let’s face it, we are born, we live for maybe sixty to eighty years and then we die. Nobody gets out of here alive! Not even Jesus Christ. True, Jesus is said to have been resurrected and now abides in Heaven at the right hand of our Father, but, he still had to die first. All other persons who have been resurrected in the bible were brought back to Earth only to die again. So it seems to me that we live to die.
U
nderstandably this brings in the next big lament. What is the meaning of Life? Knowing our eventuality is death I find this to be a very sensible query because even though we are not the longest living entity on the planet we do have the biggest impact on our surroundings except when compared to natural disasters and even that can be debated. Conversely, we can also have the most beneficial impact. Unfortunately this is usually when we want something.
T
his then brings me to the third question, “Is there a God?“. As I mentioned earlier, I believe this to be the most pertinent of the three. I have heard many people say “If there is a God why does he let children die, murders happen, starvation, plagues etc. etc. and on and on and I say yes. He is letting them happen because he is allowing us to see the results of a life without him, and it all stems back to his very first gift to mankind and that quite simply is life itself. He hasn’t offered us life, he has GIVEN us life. Life to experience and, unfortunately you might think, death to experience.
However, as in the first two portions of the trial, mankind is falling short. We think that the onus for this situation is for us to prove good enough for heaven when in truth the real question that is being answered here is whether we believe Jehovah’s Word or not . In order to answer that we have to know the difference between life and death. That is why we have to die first. You can’t answer a question without all the pertinent data. Can you? In order to do this you need the TRUTH.

I also believe that the man Jesus was the first born of, for want of a better description, Sabbath Day man. The only members of Gods creation that will endure to his new kingdom are those who accept Gods word, ie "The Bible" with their whole heart their whole mind and their whole soul. Jesus was the first "Image of God" that was married to "The Word of God" and as such the first true man capable of fully replacing Adam as well as a God-given example of the potential for all mankind.

Slow Learners?

Yes I believe as humans we are pretty stupid. I mean how many years of war do we have to have before we realize that it solves nothing. It doesn't matter if you are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Shintoist, Buddhist whatever, violence only engenders more violence and achieves nothing lasting. Violence, whether it is physical or emotional, direct or indirect, verbal or non-verbal, only serves to accentuate self-thought superiority.
Just to clear the air, I will state here and request that you remember this if you continue reading, I believe one hundred percent (100%) in the Bible. I do not expect you to do likewise, I know it took me about thirty (30) years to understand it so I am only asking you to remember how I feel while you read this.
I do not consider myself Christian nor Muslim nor Jewish, though I believe in the same God they all claim to worship.
I believe that it is improper to separate the bible into two books IE. Old Testament and New Testament. The Bible is incomplete without both collections of Scripture but they serve to make up the entirety of Gods' communication with man. It is for this reason that in order to understand it, I feel that you must treat it as what it claims to be, inspired by God and absolutely true. The Bible tells us that Jesus or The Word is the only begotten son of God. As I understand this Jesus is the only one in all creation that was created directly by God with no other creation involved. The rest of creation, both Heaven and Earth were created with the companionship of the Word. The Word or Jesus, was created the moment God spoke all else was created by God as he spoke.

........to be continued
It was this very Word that was the progenitor of Mans' downfall by drawing the line in the sand beyond which mankind was not to pass. As such, it is righteous and fitting that the Word be the Savior of mankind. It is also righteous and fitting that God himself be the one who chooses what will be sufficient to pay the price of Mankind's training and ensure that it will never be needed again.
